Know Your Rights Before You Play

Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for gambling participation in the Philippines under applicable gaming regulations. Providing false age information during registration is a serious violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are under a court-ordered guardianship, you are not permitted to hold a 777ny account.

Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing 777ny is legal in your location. 777ny does not provide legal advice and cannot verify individual jurisdictional rules.

One account per person: Each person is permitted to hold only one 777ny account. Duplicate accounts — whether using the same identity, contact details, device, IP address, or payment method — are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension and balance forfeiture.

Personal use only: Your 777ny account is for your personal use only. You may not allow other people to access or use your account, and you may not create accounts on behalf of other individuals.

Accurate information: All information submitted to 777ny must be truthful and consistent with your official identification documents. Providing false or misleading information — including altered documents — is a violation of these terms and may constitute fraud under Philippine law.

Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. 777ny will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or support chat. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.

KYC verification: 777ny may request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, payment method verification) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Account functionality may be restricted until verification is complete.

Keeping details current: It is your responsibility to keep your registered contact information up to date. 777ny sends important account notifications — including security alerts and transaction confirmations — to the contact details on file. Outdated information is your responsibility.

Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Specific promotions may require higher minimum deposits to qualify for bonus activation — these are stated on individual promotion pages.

Withdrawal requests: Withdrawal requests are processed by 777ny within standard processing windows. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed quickly. Bank transfers follow the applicable interbank clearing schedule. 777ny is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Verified withdrawals: Withdrawals above the KYC threshold require a verified account. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods registered to the same identity as the 777ny account. Third-party payment to accounts not belonging to the registered player is not permitted.

Transaction currency: All deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. 777ny does not perform currency conversion. Any conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility and are not covered by 777ny.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. A 35x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means ₱35,000 in total qualifying bets must be placed before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Different games contribute at different rates — slots typically at 100%, live casino at 10%–20%.

Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not cleared within the stated validity period are automatically forfeited. Any winnings generated from uncleared bonus funds at the time of expiry are also forfeited. The validity period for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotions page.

One active bonus: Only one deposit bonus may be active at a time. If you attempt to claim a new deposit bonus while one is still active, the claim will be rejected. Cashback and free bet promotions may run simultaneously with a deposit bonus — this is stated on individual promotion terms.

Abuse prevention: 777ny reserves the right to remove bonus funds and associated winnings from any account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play across multiple accounts, exploiting games with negligible house edge to clear wagering, or any other strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner not consistent with normal recreational play.

Game results are final: Once a game round has concluded and the result is confirmed by the platform, that result is final. 777ny will not reverse game results except in cases of a verified technical error that materially affected the game outcome.

Disconnections: In the event of a disconnection during a game round, 777ny will use the last recorded game state to determine the outcome. For live casino games, the dealer's result at the time of disconnection stands. 777ny is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

Technical errors: In the event of a software malfunction or display error, 777ny reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return stakes. Payouts resulting from a confirmed error will not be honoured. Players who identify a potential error should report it to support immediately and cease play on the affected game.

Betting limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games. These are displayed within the game interface. Bets that exceed the stated maximum for a game may be reduced or voided by the system automatically.

Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account, identity, or payment details.

Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to interact with 777ny games or the platform.

Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.

Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or pool resources for bonus exploitation.

Using the 777ny platform for money laundering or any activity that violates the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines.

Threatening, harassing, or abusing 777ny staff, support personnel, or other players through any communication channel.

Attempting to access 777ny systems using methods other than the official platform interface, including unauthorised API access or data scraping.

Data security: 777ny employs industry-standard SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Payment data is processed through PCI-compliant systems and is not stored on 777ny infrastructure.

Data sharing: 777ny does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities as required by law. All third-party data processors are bound by confidentiality agreements.

Data retention: Account data is retained for the period required by applicable Philippine laws and gaming regulations, even after account closure. After the mandatory retention period, data is securely deleted in accordance with our data management procedures.

Player tools: 777ny provides deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options within every player account. You may set these limits yourself at any time. Requests to increase deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.

Self-exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, no deposits will be accepted and no marketing communications will be sent.

Underage gambling prevention: 777ny strictly prohibits participation by anyone under 21 years of age. We conduct age verification checks at registration and may conduct additional checks at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be closed and all funds returned to the depositing payment method.

Player-initiated closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting 777ny support. Any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard procedures. Unclaimed bonuses will be forfeited at the time of closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method.

777ny-initiated closure: 777ny reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time where there is evidence of a violation of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity fraud, or any conduct that puts other players or the integrity of the platform at risk. In such cases, balance forfeiture may apply and relevant authorities may be notified.

Dormant accounts: Accounts that have been inactive (no login or transaction) for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 777ny will attempt to contact you before any dormancy procedure is applied. Dormant account policies comply with applicable Philippine regulatory requirements.

Gaming losses: 777ny is not liable for any amounts lost through participation in games. All games carry inherent risk of loss and you participate at your own discretion. Gaming losses are not recoverable under these Terms and Conditions.

Service interruptions: 777ny is not liable for service interruptions caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment provider delays, government-ordered service suspensions, or force majeure events.

Notification of changes: It is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the 777ny platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts unless otherwise required by applicable regulatory frameworks.
